Unibail-Rodamco takes over management of Leine Center Laatzen
Shopping center company from Düsseldorf announces new addition to portfolio As of the first of April 2018, Unibail-Rodamco Germany takes over the center management of the Leine Center in Laatzen by order of its owner CBRE Global Investors. The shopping center has about 100 shops on two floors and is directly connected with the northern inner-city of Hanover.

The Leine Center opened in 1973 and has a total area of 39,000 square metres, which was lastly extended in 2011. It is located in the heart of Laatzen and provides the surrounding population with a wide range of goods and services. This central role will be strengthened and expanded by Unibail-Rodamco.
Unibail-Rodamco is responsible for the entire value chain: from property management to leasing to center and facility management. The initial focus is on the specification of the strategic positioning of the center. Unibail-Rodamco will develop a customised action plan, which will be implemented in the short term and further strengthen the center’s profile.

The characteristic features of the city of Laatzen and the whole southern region of Hanover serve as inspiration.”
