Dirk Hünerbein appointed new Head of Development at Unibail-­ Rodamco Germany

On the first of July 2018, Dirk Hünerbein will take up the position as Head of Development at Unibail-­Rodamco Germany. He is thus responsible for the entire asset portfolio of Unibail-­Rodamco in Germany as well as the development of new projects. Dirk Hünerbein has more than 20 years experience in the areas design, project development and management in leading German and international companies.

Most recently, Dirk Hünerbein was Senior Project Partner at Drees & Sommer, a construction and real estate consulting company. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2010, he held different executive positions at ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG, including Senior Project Manager and Head of Retail in Hamburg, Director Architecture in Istanbul and Head of Development in Kiev. Dirk Hünerbein studied architecture and urban development in Hamburg and Norway.
